- Complex (-10% off from last week) Power Sn + OHS + Sn: 95, 115, 135, 157
- Complex (-10% off from last week) PP + BTN J + J: 135, 185, 225, 251
- Jerk Dip Squat: 4×3 @ 335
Total crap. That’s about all I can say about how I felt today. Also tried a different pre-workout which sucked. I felt like I was cold the entire workout and wanted to bundle up with winter clothes. I had cold chills even after getting home and getting out of the shower. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Snatches felt heavy, until I realized I was letting my back get loose. So the last set felt much better. The pulls felt light, so that was a good thing. If it wasn’t a deload week I might have tried to push these here more.

Feeling a little beat up today. My knees have been hurting a little more than normal lately, but I managed to get through this one. Today was another day where I was pretty thankful it was a deload week because of how heavy the complex felt.

I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, hate these 3+1 days on the CJ. It isn’t even heavy but it just feels soul crushing to me.

No misses! I should be able to hit 85% any given day any way but for some reason I was a little nervous about this one, namely going back up to 85%. But both of the second lifts at 85% felt better than the first, so that was a great sign. Also, the lovely little bar rattle sound when you make the right contact on the snatch was there. It’s the little things that make me happy. The pause BS felt so easy. I thought about adding more weight but figured I would stick to the plan.
