After my run on Tuesday (C25K W6D1) I got a notification on my watch and wasn’t sure what it was. When I got to my car I was a little shocked to see I had a new best 1-mile time.
Part of me expected to see this coming, given that my pace running is faster now than it ever has been. If I remember, the old PR when I tested my mile at the gym over a year ago was around 10:30 or 10:20. I know it was just over 10 minutes and I had to stop half way. This was cool because it was just part of training and not something I was trying to beat.
