Nutrition & Progress Update

Weight this morning is back to what it was before Thanksgiving.  I was happy about that.

Change from first measurement (9/5):

  • Chest: + 1/2″
  • Arms (L): + 1/2″
  • Waist: – 3 1/4″
  • Legs (L): + 3″

Change from the previous measurement (11/12):

  • Chest: – 1/4″
  • Arms (L): Same
  • Waist: – 1/2″
  • Legs (L): + 1/4″

I’m excited to see the numbers on my waist continue to drop.  I wasn’t surprised that my chest measurements went down because I had stopped benching for a couple of weeks in there.  I have since those added back in along with some other chest accessory exercises.

Last week I felt more fueled than the previous weeks before that.  I made it through my workouts without struggling.  Sunday heavy days continue to feel good and I am hitting numbers that I want to hit.
