- Complex: Clean pull + Clean + FS + Jerk – 1@50%, 1@60%, 1@70%, 2×1@80%. I don’t think I have done this exact complex so I thought I would give it a shot. On the final singles I hit 275 which is a bit more than my 80% but it felt pretty good so why not?
