  • BB upright rows: 4×10 @ 155#
  • DB rear laterals: 4×10 @ 15#
  • BB RDLs: 4×8 @ 205#
  • Seated DB shoulder press: 4×8 @ 50#
  • DB curls: 4×8 @ 35#

  • Deadlift: Worked to a heavy triple (455)
  • BB incline bench: 5×5 @ 205#
  • BB Bent over rows: 4×8
  • DB shrugs: 4×10

Cardio: 30-30-8, 20-20-10, 10-10-12 of AB calories, ski erg calories, and pull-ups

  • Complex: Clean pull + Clean + FS + Jerk – 1@50%, 1@60%, 1@70%, 2×1@80%. I don’t think I have done this exact complex so I thought I would give it a shot.  On the final singles I hit 275 which is a bit more than my 80% but it felt pretty good so why not?
  • Banded KB press: 4×10 w/:15 hold on the final rep of each set @ 53#
  • DB curls: 4×10
