The snatches felt pretty awesome. Bypassed the straps and will do so through the meet. The CJs felt tougher than I expected, but I kept reminding myself that the day after a really good heavy day was always hard. I had zero misses and felt like I could have kept going which is rare to feel that good on meet week.

It was extremely hard to not add weight to these lifts. I broke the rules a little by hitting doubles on the snatch instead of singles. The additional reps have never hurt me and it is still pretty light. It just feels so strange to not add weight. I would say that this is the absolute lightest day I have had in recent memory. The accessory work was good to get the blood flowing and to break a sweat. I wanted to move but not be broken down sore.

- Snatch: 91x/91/93
- CJ: 137/143x/143
I will write up a more detailed blog about this later, but this was probably the best meet I have had to date. Competitor PR in both the CJ and the total. I finished 1st Masters in my session, qualified for Masters Nationals, and tied for the heaviest CJ on the day (which was 2kg under the state record for my division). Couldn’t have asked for better results.
