I got on the scale Sunday morning and was down another 3lbs. Total loss of 9.2 since tracking again. Just goes to show how far out of whack I was.
I have done really well hitting my numbers. The biggest issue, which didn’t happen the last time, is getting my protein in. There are times when I finish portioning out dinner that I look at my macros and still have 20-30g of protein left. Normally not an issue, but I am usually so full already that I can’t eat anything else. This week, I want to front load those more during the day when I am usually hungry so that I don’t have to eat as big of a dinner.
I can see a difference in how my clothes fit and how I look in the mirror. All good things.
