First day back in the gym after the meet this past Saturday.  I am not starting my new programming until next week, so I just worked on some things that I wanted to work on.

  • Split jerk with pause in the catch: 3×135, 3×157, 2×185
  • Split jerk: 236, 258, 275, 295x, 295
  • Deadlift: 3×225, 3×295, 345, 405, 455, 475x
  • BTN Press: 4×10 @ 95#
  • DB curl: 4×20 @ 20#

Shocked to get up to 90% on the lifts.  I went to 95% on the deadlift and pulled it an inch off the floor.  It felt like I was trying to pick up a corner of the building.  Just wasn’t happening.  Really hoping to get that number up after this next cycle.
